CGA recently completed an expansive turnkey remodel of 174 hotel guest rooms. The project included the installation of new furniture, fixtures, and amenities, as well as an updated interior aesthetic. Our goal was to create a modern and stylish appearance that would provide guests with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere during their stay. Our team collaborated closely with the hotel to design a space that would appeal to a diverse range of guests. To achieve this, we replaced all furniture in the rooms such as beds, dressers, nightstands, and chairs. The walls were painted neutral colors and floors were replaced with hardwood or new carpet. We also remodeled the bathrooms with new fixtures and finishes. To enhance the overall guest experience, our team added new lighting and artwork to create a more inviting ambiance.
